FAQ

1. How long do I have to wait for my order?Orders in stock are shipped out every business day. Under normal conditions this allows for delivery within 1-3 business days after payment is received. Please also refer to the delivery times stated in the item description. Furniture deliveries normally take 2-4 weeks.

2. How and when will I be informed if a product is not in stock?
You will be informed immediately if the delivery time stated in the item description cannot be met.
If you have any questions concerning shipment or delivery times please read the information contained in the Terms of  Delivery. If you should still have questions then e-mail us at info@design3000.de or call us at the number 0049-(0)6062-9187220.

3. Why has my order not been confirmed via e-mail?
You may have given an invalid e-mail address when logging in. Please verify this e-mail address in your customer account.

4. Will I incur any shipping charges?
Our shipping fees are based on the order value and charged one time only for each order. Any subsequent deliveries are made free of charge. Also please read the information contained in the Terms of Delivery.

5. What methods of payment are available?
You can choose between invoice, bank draft, advanced payment, iPayment (credit card) or COD. The invoice and bank draft method of payment are only accepted for orders less than 50€.
Orders paid COD are accessed an additional charge of 2.00 € payable directly to DHL.
 
6.  Do you accept international orders?
We deliver to all EC countries. International deliveries are accessed higher shipping charges. Also please read the information contained in the Terms of Delivery.

7. Will my personal data be handled confidentially?
design3000 guarantees that your customer data will be protected. Your personal data will never be sold to or exchanged with other companies. We adhere strictly to the Telecommunications Data Protection Act. Please read the information contained under the Data Protection Act.

8. Where do I transfer funds to settle unpaid orders?

9. How can I contact you?
Our customer service operators are available to answer any questions on Mon.-Thurs. between 8:00am - 4:00pm as well as on Fri. between 8:00am - 2:00pm.
