Eiko is the ingenius solution for the perfect breakfast egg. Because Eiko accompanies you through all the steps: cooking, timing, rinsing the egg under cold water and eating it: Simply hang the egg cups in a pot of boiling water, note the individual cooking times based on the various colours, remove the eggs using the (still) cool strap and hold them under cold, running water. This method ensures that both eggs and hands remain unscathed – and the egg can be stylishly presented in the egg cups on the breakfast table!
